Yinka is the director and principal physiotherapist at Ilera Physiotherapy. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health from the University of Idaho and her Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from Bond University.

She has a strong interest in:

• Post-operative orthopaedics and rehabilitation
• Pain management
• Falls prevention

Outside of physiotherapy, Yinka enjoys acting and playing basketball.

Rainer is a physiotherapist with experience in treating various musculoskeletal injuries. He has a keen interest in:

• Functional strengthening
• Balance and falls prevention
• Post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation
• Treating joint sprain and muscular strain

He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University and also holds a degree in computer science.

In his spare time, Rainer enjoys photography, travelling, and gardening.
